June 11, 2017, ‘mid the steep sky’s commotion, a new work written for the acclaimed Grammy-nominated chamber choir The Crossing, with installation and projections by artist Caroline Santa, was premiered in Philadelphia at The Icebox Project Space at Crane Arts.

Two days prior to the premiere, award-winning filmmaker Ben Stamper, along with cracker-jack camera crew Christopher McDonald and Janelle Delia, joined The Crossing for their penultimate rehearsal. While cameras moved around the room, audio-engineer extraordinaire Paul Vazquez recorded the proceedings. The fruit of this work will be a new, cinematic, immersive experience of the piece, coming soon. In the meantime, enjoy this short documentary. It’s a beauty. As always, thank you, dear friends, for your support of my work. The world is a wonder.
